Lilacs

Tentative was the word with this session. Our not so lovely, rainy, New York weather was enough to drive myself, and my clients crazy. We kept aiming for dates, and they kept having to be postponed due to the rain and cold. Why was rescheduling such a big deal you ask?? We were trying to schedule the session during the Lilacs peak bloom, which is a tiny window to work with! We finally had a break and were able to celebrate this little lady turning two. This time she was adorned in shades of purple. You may remember her from when she wore red. :)

A big Happy Birthday to little Miss M. I enjoy our sessions and your wonderful smile!

Oh Baby.....

Say hello to another teeny tiny baby girl. She had the most amazing squeeze worthy round cheeks ever. It was hard not to mistake her for a little doll! The weather was very kind and allowed for us to venture outside! My clients backyard was nothing short of picturesque complete with some amazing light! Loved.....

One.

One year old sessions are my favorites. I think that fact is far from being a secret. I can't really tell you why I love this age so much. Maybe it's the baby babble, the toddling around, their energy or the fact that they are still babies, yet have these amazing little personalities emerging. All I know is I love it all!

Meet Miss S. She's amazing. I wanted to keep her.

Anticipation

I love the feeling that comes with a first baby. Everything is new. There are so many emotions that continue to roll through as the arrival of that tiny little life approaches. These sessions take me back to that place where my husband and I waited with so much anticipation on the birth of our first. Moments and memories like these are what makes life so special.........

V-Day Love.

Here's a little artistic V-day love a couple month's late. I have been a blog slacker for longer than I care to admit!
Loved this little guy in his vintage attire! His mom was even kind enough to make red scarf for the shoot. We needed a pop of color and red was the obvious great choice!
